Board of Capri Global Capital recommends final dividend
Of Rs 0.15 per share
Capri Global Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
