Dilip Buildcon divests 26% stake held in Viluppuram Highways
Dilip Buildcon has transferred the 26% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary company viz. Viluppuram Highways, held by the Company (in the form of equity shares) to Alpha Alternatives Holdings for a consideration of Rs 30.79 crore.
