The initial public offer (IPO) of Pelatro received bids for 14,28,600 shares as against 27,99,000 shares on offer, as per NSE data as of 17:00 hours on Monday (16 September 2024). The issue was subscribed 0.51 times.
The issue opened for bidding on Monday (16 September 2024) and it will close on Thursday (19 September 2024). The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 190 to Rs 200 per share. The minimum order quantity is 600 equity shares. The equity shares will list on NSE’s SME platform.
The IPO comprises fresh issue of 27,99,000 equity shares. The promoter and promoter group shareholding will dilute to 53.59% from 73.31% pre-issue.
About 1,40,400 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue. The net issue comprises of 26,08,800 equity shares. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.90% and 25.07% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
The company intends to utilize the net proceeds to meet working capital needs of the company, funding to capital expenditure requirement of the company, investment in its subsidiary and general corporate purpose.
Ahead of the Pelatro on Friday, 13 September 2024, raised Rs 15.63 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 7.81 lakh shares at Rs 200 per share to 5 anchor investors.

Its customer engagement platform, mViva collects and processes huge amounts of data for each enterprise on a daily basis across almost a billion consumers in 30 countries. mViva customer engagement platform offers products which include, campaign management solution, loyalty management solution, lead management solution and data monetization solution.
The company currently has 4 sales and 1 marketing personnel. Out of these sales personnel, 1 is in Latin America, 2 in Middle East and Africa and 1 handles inside sales. As on 31 May 2024, the company has 296 employees.
The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 54.99 crore and net loss of Rs 1.95 crore for the period as of 31 March 2024.
