KPI Green Energy allots 6.56 cr equity shares under bonus issue

The Board of KPI Green Energy at its meeting held on 06 January 2024 has approved the allotment of 6,56,30,202 equity shares under bonus issue in ratio of 1:2.

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 19,68,90,605 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
