Board of Coforge approves sub-division of equity shares
At meeting held on 04 March 2025
The Board of Coforge at its meeting held on 04 March 2025 has approved the alteration in the equity share capital of the Company by sub-division of existing equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, fully paid-up into 33,43,65,495 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each, fully paid-up.
