SIS has allotted 2,08,324 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on March 20, 2025, under the Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 721,837,300/- divided into 144,367,460 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
