Ind Bank Housing reported net profit of Rs 0.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against net loss of Rs 2.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 69.05% to Rs 0.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 0.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit reported at Rs 25.21 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against net loss of Rs 3.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 72.12% to Rs 4.63 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 2.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
