Board of Karbonsteel Engineering approves increase in borrowing limit to Rs 300 cr
At meeting held on 09 March 2026
The board of Karbonsteel Engineering at its meeting held on 09 March 2026 has approved the enhancement of the borrowing limits of the company from Rs. 200 crore to Rs. 300 crore, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
