Revenue up 7.9% YoY to Rs 1420.45 cr in Q1FY2027
On standalone basis

Quarter ended June 2026 compared with Quarter ended June 2025.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Page Industries has increased 7.89% to Rs 1,420.45 crore.  

Operating profit margin has declined from 22.38% to 20.35%, leading to 1.93% decline in operating profit to Rs 289.01 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 20.66% to 20.69%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 18.31% to 19.98%.   Employee cost decreased from 18.33% to 18.21%.   Other expenses rose from 19.60% to 20.04%.   

Other income fell 28.36% to Rs 10.61 crore.  PBIDT fell 3.19% to Rs 299.62 crore.  Provision for interest fell 1.82% to Rs 12.43 crore.  

PBDT fell 3.25% to Rs 287.19 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 7.48% to Rs 28.61 crore.  

Profit before tax down 4.31% to Rs 258.58 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 65.77 crore, compared to Rs 69.42 crore.  Effective tax rate was 25.44% compared to 25.69%.

Profit after tax fell 3.98% to Rs 192.81 crore.  

Promoters’ stake was 42.89% as of 30 June 2026 ,compared to 42.89% as of 30 June 2025 .  

Full year results analysis

Net sales (including other operating income) of Page Industries has increased 6.32% to Rs 5,246.78 crore.  

Operating profit margin has jumped from 21.53% to 21.97%, leading to 8.50% rise in operating profit to Rs 1,152.84 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 23.28% to 21.90%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 15.98% to 21.22%.   Employee cost decreased from 17.79% to 17.37%.   Other expenses fell from 19.94% to 18.27%.   

Other income up 3.68% to Rs 63.9 crore.  PBIDT rose 8.23% to Rs 1216.74 crore.  Provision for interest up 7.33% to Rs 49.78 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 276.81 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 261.81 crore as of 31 March 2025.  Inventories rose to Rs 1,055.66 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 858.87 crore as of 31 March 2025.  Sundry debtors were higher at Rs 201.10 crore as of 31 March 2026 compared to Rs 191.61 crore as of 31 March 2025.  Cash and bank balance declined from Rs 471.38 crore as of 31 March 2025 to Rs 432.33 crore as of 31 March 2026.  

PBDT rose 8.27% to Rs 1166.96 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 7.46% to Rs 106.63 crore.  Fixed assets increased to Rs 869.53 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 825.51 crore as of 31 March 2025.  Intangible assets declined from Rs 4.29 crore to Rs 3.23 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 8.35% to Rs 1,060.33 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 261.51 crore, compared to Rs 249.44 crore.  Effective tax rate was 25.50% compared to 25.49%.

Profit after tax rose 4.76% to Rs 763.82 crore.  

Promoters’ stake was 42.89% as of 31 March 2026 ,compared to 42.89% as of 31 March 2025 .  

Cash flow from operating activities decreased to Rs 794.40 crore for year ended March 2026 from Rs 1,203.59 crore for year ended March 2025.  Cash flow used in acquiring fixed assets during the year ended March 2026 stood at Rs 107.87 crore, compared to Rs 79.57 crore during the year ended March 2025.  

 

Operational highlights:

Sales volume was 61.2 million pieces growing by 5.7% YOY in Q1FY2027.

Dividend: The Board of Directors of the company has declared 1st interim dividend for FY2026-27 of Rs 200/- per equity share.
