Nicco Uco's equity shareholders & fixed deposit holders to approve scheme of arrangement
On 29 February 2008
Nicco Uco Alliance Credit has announced that pursuant to an order made on the 16 January 2008, as modified by order dated 18 January 2008, the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta has directed that separate meetings of the equity shareholders and fixed deposit holders of the company will be held on 29 February 2008 for the purpose of considering the proposed scheme of arrangement for re-organisation of share capital of the company and compromise with fixed deposit holders.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 12 February 2008.
