Lotus Chocolate Company reports net loss of Rs 0.16 crore in the March 2008 quarter
Sales rise 4.44% to Rs 5.88 crore
Lotus Chocolate Company reported net loss of Rs 0.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against net profit of Rs 0.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007. Sales rose 4.44% to Rs 5.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 5.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007.

For the full year, net profit declined 30.56% to Rs 0.75 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 1.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2007. Sales rose 6.57% to Rs 23.84 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 22.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2007.
