Federal-Mogul’s right issue committee approves to issue equity shares
Of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 56 per share
The right issue committee of the Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) has approved to issue 2,31,60,866 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each at an issue price of Rs 56/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs 46/- per equity share) aggregating Rs 129,70,08,496/- on right basis in the ratio of 71 fully paid-up equity shares for every 100 equity shares held by the existing shareholders of the Company on the record date, subject to the approval of regulatory authorities.
It was approved at committee meeting held on 24 October 2008.
