Alok Industries to increase authorised share capital
From Rs 525 crore to Rs 650 crore
The board of Alok Industries have accorded their consent, through a circular resolution on 23 January 2009 for increasing the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 525 crore to Rs 650 crore by creation of 12.50 crore new equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 24 January 2009.
