The board has also decided to convene an extra ordinary general meeting of the company on 04 September 2009 for increasing the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 15 crore to Rs 40 crore divided into 4 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each and also undertaking new business of generating wind energy.

The board has also appointed Bharti Bangur (relative of the chairman and a director of the company) (corporate affairs).

This was decided at the board meeting held on 01 August 2009.
