Tinna Overseas reported net loss of Rs 0.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against net profit of Rs 1.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010. Sales declined 34.69% to Rs 21.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 32.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010.

For the unaudited full year, net profit declined 71.73% to Rs 0.95 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 3.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales declined 25.45% to Rs 117.15 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 157.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.
