Net profit of Shah Foods declined 66.67% to Rs 0.01 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 0.03 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales declined 20.31% to Rs 0.51 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 0.64 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
