Sarthak Industries' director resigns
With effect from 30 August 2012
Sarthak Industries has announced that Sanjay Sharma has resigned from the post of independent director of the company with effect from 30 August 2012.

Further, Sartajsing Chhabra has been appointed as additional cum independent director of the company with effect from 30 August 2012.
