Adi Finechem proposal for delisting of equity shares
Of Rs 10 each
The board of directors of Adi Finechem in its meeting held on 12 August 2013 has proposed to delist 1,25,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange only. The company further announced that the said equity shares will remain listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, having nationwide trading terminals.
