Net profit of Housing Development & Infrastructure rose 35.53% to Rs 57.87 crore in the quarter ended September 2014 as against Rs 42.70 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2013. Sales declined 38.61% to Rs 259.55 crore in the quarter ended September 2014 as against Rs 422.76 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2013.
