Outcome of board meeting of Bhansali Engineering Polymers

Bhansali Engineering Polymers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 February 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:

1. Scope and contents of Orientation/Familiarization Programme of Board of Directors of the Company.

2. Revised policy of Internal Code for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.

3. Succession Policy of Board of Directors of Company
