Xchanging Solutions announces resignation of company secretary cum compliance officer
On 29 April 2015
Xchanging Solutions announced that Divya Pant, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company.

Further, the Company has informed that Vinod Goel, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will oversee compliances of the Company till a Company Secretary be appointed to fill the aforesaid vacancy.
