Record date is 30 May 2015
Visagar Polytex has fixed 30 May 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders for the distribution of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 10:1, i.e. 10 (ten) Equity Shares of a face value of Re. 1/- each for every existing 1 (one) Equity Share of Re. 1/- each fully paid.
