Outcome of board meeting of Beryl Drugs
Held on 24 July 2015
Beryl Drugs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Considered and approved the matter of keeping books of accounts at the place other than registered office of the Company under section 209 of the Companies Act, 2013

2. Considered and approved the matter of alteration of articles of association under section 14 of the Companies Act, 2013.
