Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 July 2015, approved by Circular Resolution :
1. Appointment of Shyam P V pursuant to provisions of Section 160 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49(II)(A) of the Listing Agreement as Non-executive Director on the Board of the Company.
2. Appointment of Vineet Garg pursuant to provisions of Section 160 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49(II)(A) of the Listing Agreement Non-executive Director on the Board of the Company.
3. Resignation of Milind Karnik as Director of the Company.
