Binani Industries gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation
On 21 January 2016
Binani Industries announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Calcutta, on 21 January 2016, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Binani Metals with Binani Industries and their respective shareholders.

The Scheme will come into effect upon the authenticated copy of the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
