Net profit of Housing Development & Infrastructure rose 38.13% to Rs 92.95 crore in the quarter ended December 2015 as against Rs 67.29 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2014. Sales declined 8.82% to Rs 316.64 crore in the quarter ended December 2015 as against Rs 347.28 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2014.
