Deccan Gold Mines announced that on 04 April 2016, the Company has issued and allotted 653,650 fully paid equity shares of Re. 1/- each on conversion of employee stock options under Deccan Gold Mines Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 89,227,375 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 89,881,025 equity shares of Re. 1/-each.
