Booster Grains manufactured by Premier are being used as solid fuel for Akash missile, which is an indigenous medium-range surface-to-air system that can target any aerial threat up to 30 km range and at altitudes up to 18,000 meters. Akash has been in operational service with the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force.
