Outcome of board meeting of PVV Infra
Held on 12 August 2016
PVV Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following business:

1. Change of Registered office from Tamilnadu State To Maharashtra State.

2. The board has appointed Sarveswar Reddy, Practicing company secretary, as a scrutinizer for conducting e-voting in the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
