VMS Industries reported no net profit/loss in the quarter ended December 2016 as against net profit of Rs 0.32 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2015. Sales declined 49.12% to Rs 19.14 crore in the quarter ended December 2016 as against Rs 37.62 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2015.
