Board of Siyaram Silk Mills approves sub-division of shares
At meeting held on 26 July 2017
Siyaram Silk Mills announced that the Board at its meeting held on 26 July 2017, inter alia, has approved the sub-division of each of the Equity Shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) into 5 (Five) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each.
