Corporate News     24-Aug-22 Board of Eldeco Housing & Industries approves sale of investment in subsidiary At meeting held on 24 August 2022 The Board of Eldeco Housing & Industries at its meeting held on 24 August 2022 has approved the sale of investment held in Villa Constructions, a subsidiary of the Company (‘Villa'), the Board is in discussion with the prospective buyers for the sale of the equity shares of Villa and the transaction shall be finalized in due course of time and accordingly the requisite disclosures will be filed once the transaction is finalized.
