Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 23,586 equity share under ESOP on 17 May 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 144,00,00,000 (i.e. 28,80,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each) to Rs 1,44,01,17,930 (i.e. 28,80,23,586 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each).
