UTI Asset Management Company has approved the allotment of 500 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on 22 August 2023 at 0118 hrs IST pursuant to the exercise of options by an eligible employee under ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007'.
Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,26,98,65,290 (12,69,86,529 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,26,98,70,290 (12,69,87,029 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
