Spandana Sphoorty Financial has allotted (i) 7,500 Senior, Secured,
Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.1 lakh each at par including a green shoe option of up-to 3,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures, aggregating up-to Rs.75 crore (Series A Debentures);
and (ii) 5,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.1 lakh each at par including a green shoe option of up-to 1,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures, aggregating up-to Rs.50 crore (Series B Debentures) on private placement basis issued through Disclosure Document dated 05 October 2023.
