Board of Exide Industries recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
Exide Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
