Board of Thermax recommends final dividend
Of Rs 12 per share
Thermax announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12 per equity Share (i.e. 600%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
