Net profit of Housing Development & Infrastructure declined 8.52% to Rs 57.75 crore in the quarter ended September 2015 as against Rs 63.13 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2014. Sales declined 9.51% to Rs 234.48 crore in the quarter ended September 2015 as against Rs 259.13 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2014.
