During the month of October 2022, Plastic products sector's Marketcap decreased -2.44% to Rs 130567.21 crore, compared to 2.8% rise in total listed marketcap to Rs 28080213.27 crore.

Sector's share of total listed marketcap moved to 0.46% in October 2022 from 0.49% in September 2022 and 0.51% in October 2021.

In terms of price appreciation in the sector, there were 32 gainers and 36 losers in the month of Oct 2022. The gainers accounted for 38.10% of sector companies, losers accounted for 42.86% of sector companies, while 16% remained unchanged.

The top 3 gainers were Arrow Greentech (34.73% gain), Jasch Industries (30.61% gain) and Aadi Industries (25.50% gain).

The 3 losers at the bottom were Union Qual. Pla. (-37.09% fall), Apt Packaging (-22.98% fall) and Kisan Mouldings (-10.91% fall).

During the month Supreme Industries Ltd, V I P Industries Ltd, TijariaPolypipes Ltd, Finolex Industries Ltd, PilItalica Lifestyle Ltd, Jasch Industries Ltd, Wim Plast Ltd, Shish Industries Ltd, Vikas Ecotech Ltd, Fancy Fittings Ltd and Kshitij Polyline Ltd announced their results.
